Photoshoot “Lisa”

Back in the end of March or beginning of April, Wouter and I worked together for another photoshoot. This time, we had a model that Wouter brought in, Lisa.

We planned things a little bit last minute and since I have a lot going on with work etc., I wasn’t able to prepare and plan a lot involving the makeup. What I knew was that Lisa wanted some normal photos without the crazy makeup, and after that Wouter wanted to do something with rigid collodion.

That’s what we did! The makeup changed and was added during the shoot, we really used the try-error-change something-try again- method.

Sidenote, it was definitely about time that I downloaded all the retouched material and upload something on this blog.. The delay? Don’t even remember..

Anyway, this has been added to my portfolio. All other fun had been recorded through Instarainbow *click*, because I have actually captured snapshots of what I did lately. The official publications on here are coming soon. Not promising anything ofcourse 😉

Halloween 2014

Hi everyone!

How was your Halloween? Mine was awesome, so much fun! I went to a party with my friend, didn’t know anybody there and ended up making new friends, it was so good 🙂

I’m on the right! I’m still waiting for more photos, but this one was on facebook 😉

I might do a seperate new version/post with my own shoot of this look somewhere in the near future.

Other news, tonight I’m doing not just one, but TWO makeup JOBS for a Halloween party! How wonderful is that? All thanks to this blog!
So, yes, I’m so nervous and excited and I need to sleep a little now, because I hardly slept last night.. This weekend is THE BEST 😀

Love,

-M.

Just tried something…

Messed around this morning… it’s called rigid collodion 😀

I just got this stuff last week and tested it out, just to see what would happen.. Only afterwards I read somewhere that I should probably not use to many layers at the same day. But then, who would leave this on for longer than a day???
Anyways, I removed it with a special potion that is not a remover but makes it thinner, no problem at all. No weird reactions from my skin, so, I’d say let’s find a new project to use this!!

Love,

-M.
